Scopio AI automatically generates professional product videos from your existing product photos using artificial intelligence. It attaches those videos to your store listings and publishes them across social media — fully automatically, without manual editing or design skills.

Our AI analyzes each product image, applies cinematic motion effects and professional transitions, and exports a ready-to-publish MP4 in 1–5 minutes. No templates, no manual steps required.

Any image already in your product catalog — JPEG, PNG, and WebP. Images should be at least 800×800px for best results.

Videos are exported at 1080×1080px (square, optimized for social feeds) or 1080×1920px vertical format for TikTok and Instagram Reels.

Images are fetched from your store, processed by our AI pipeline, and only the finished video output is stored. Source images are not permanently retained on our servers.

We access product titles, descriptions, images, and order analytics to identify your bestsellers. Your Shopify access token is stored in encrypted form to maintain the connection. Social media OAuth tokens are stored only if you choose to connect those accounts. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Typically 1–5 minutes per video depending on current queue load. You can close the app while generation runs — results appear automatically in the Videos Ready tab.

Yes. Each generated video is automatically attached to the corresponding Shopify product page via the Admin API, complete with SEO-optimized title and alt text.

Yes. Our built-in voice AI assistant can identify your bestsellers and submit video generation jobs for all of them in a single conversation. You can also select products manually in the Products & Videos tab.

Yes. Videos are attached directly to product media via the Shopify Admin API and appear correctly in any theme that supports product video playback.

Scopio AI works with all Shopify plans: Basic, Shopify, Advanced, and Plus. No specific Shopify plan tier is required.

All data — Shopify access tokens, generated videos, and social media OAuth tokens — is permanently deleted within 30 days of uninstallation.

A WordPress / WooCommerce plugin is in active development. It will offer the same AI video generation and social auto-publishing, installed directly in your WordPress admin without any coding.

Yes. Videos will be attached to WooCommerce product media via the REST API and will be compatible with all standard WooCommerce themes.

The plugin is planned for release in Q4 2026. You can join the early access list by contacting support — early access users receive 3 months of Pro at no cost.

Instagram (Reels & Stories), TikTok, YouTube (Shorts and regular uploads), Pinterest, Facebook (Pages & Reels), and X (formerly Twitter).

Connecting social accounts is optional. You can use Scopio AI purely for generating and attaching videos to your store listings without enabling social publishing.

Scheduled publishing is on our roadmap and planned for Q3 2026. Currently, posts are published immediately when you request it through the app or the AI assistant.

Failed posts are flagged in the dashboard with the specific error reason from the platform. You can retry with one click.

Posting limits are governed by each platform's API rate limits. For most merchants operating at normal volumes, there are no practical limits within Scopio AI.

Yes. The Free plan includes 3 AI-generated videos per month with manual social publishing. No credit card required to get started.

Yes. Cancel directly from the Plans & Billing tab at any time. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.

Monthly plan credits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over. One-time credit packs purchased separately never expire.

Billing is handled entirely through Shopify Billing. You are charged on your regular Shopify invoice — no separate payment setup or additional credit card required.

Enterprise pricing with volume discounts is available for catalogs over 1,000 products. Contact support for a custom quote.

A WordPress version of Scopio AI is in active development. Same AI video generation and social auto-publishing, installed in your WooCommerce admin. Planned: Q4 2026.
